Alfredo is a seasoned entrepreneur and project leader, having founded Soop - a leading cloud-based food hygiene management platform - with the mission of making food safety management easy for the global food and beverage industry.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Alfredo brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, having held various executive positions in charge of food and beverage operations and food hygiene management for multiple international hospitality and food & beverage companies on various continents, including the Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.

His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including food safety management, hotel and restaurant openings worldwide, brand development, project management, kitchen designs, kitchen organization, equipment selection, OSE&E and FF&E, as well as workforce training development under vocational studies and hands-on training implementation in different countries.

He is also an expert in Restaurant Profit Engineering (RPE), Revenue Management (RRM, TRM), Menu Engineering, and has a proven track record of developing strategies to create powerful financial performances.

A detail-oriented professional with exceptional follow-through, Alfredo has the ability to plan and oversee a broad range of responsibilities from concept to successful final product. He is experienced at the executive level, having managed large teams and multi-unit businesses. Additionally, he is an effective public speaker with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and is confident presenting to groups of all sizes.
