During my tenure at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Auckland, New Zealand, from September 2023 to August 2024, I served as a Business Partner in FP&A with a focus on commercial operations. My responsibilities included managing budgeting and forecasting for multiple departments within the commercial division, conducting monthly meetings with sales teams to review and manage their budgets, collaborating in the development and execution of commercial budgeting strategies, analyzing financial data to support decision-making in commercial areas, and preparing monthly financial reports and presentations for sales teams, highlighting key performance indicators and budgetary insights.
