Telecom Accounts Reconciliation Specialist
Assist and coordinate with telco providers for new installations, and TOO or TOL for work-from-home internet.
Receive and validate invoices and SOAs and perform reconciliation of telco accounts and invoices. Support connectivity issues related to billing concerns.
Work with the IT, finance team, and/or Telco providers to ensure billing accuracy, and resolve mobile/internet invoice discrepancies. Create telecom allocations for services such as PLDT, Converge, SkyCable, Innove, Globe and Smart.
