Hi, I’m Arzel Aldwin Granada, a dedicated healthcare and customer service professional with several years of experience in healthcare support, insurance claims, billing, and customer relations.
I currently work as a Health Care Specialist at DME Service Solution, where I assist patients with insulin devices and medications, provide quality customer support, process insurance billing, and resolve unpaid claims. Before that, I worked at Optum Global Solutions as a Claims and Billing Specialist, handling pharmacy member services for government healthcare insurance accounts and ensuring accurate insurance processing.
Earlier in my career, I was a Customer Service Representative at DME Solution Concentrix Makati, supporting AT&T Mobility and DirecTV accounts. My responsibilities included customer retention, technical support, billing assistance, and product sales. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
I studied BSBA major in Marketing at Colegio San Agustin - Biñan and La Consolacion College, where I was also a 100% scholar. My educational background strengthened my interpersonal and organizational skills, which I apply professionally every day.
I am computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I’m fluent in both English and Filipino, and I work well both independently and as part of a team.
