I work as an encoder in the local company. My usual task is to enter customer's information accurately and navigate through multiple screens. I also maintained, compiled, and entered records into the database and could work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
I also devoted my time transcribing audio or video files. but most of my expertise is on data entry.
