Project Name: Saudi Telecom Company - OSP Quality Inspection (Fiber Optics Networks)

• Supervise the STC contractors in OSP engineering, construction, preparation and implementation.
• Handled and supervised OSP projects such as FTTH, FTTM, Fiber Feeder, Junction, MSAN, Key Account projects in Eastern Region, Northern Region and Riyadh.
• Making sure that all contractors are following the correct procedures in doing civil and fiber works according to the quality & safety guidelines and standards of STC.
• Monitoring the quality of work performed and checking the as-built progress through PMCS (Project Management Control System).
• Perform daily inspection in all work in progress sites and prepare regular reports on audit activities, progress status and submit accomplishment reports.

• Record all the deviations and substandard works then immediately inform contractor for the required action needed. If done repeatedly, we impose penalty.
• Inspection of OSP civil works implementation such as trenching, MH/HH installation, duct laying, milling & asphalting and site reinstatement.
• Prepare and provide the project status report on a timely basis to OSP Manager and communicate to Section Managers on weekly basis.
• Review contractor reports, identify and resolve discrepancies, give solutions for technical issues and escalate as necessary.
• Understand the scope of work of all the projects handled and ensure that the contractor comply on our requirements and instructions.
• Complete the assigned projects within the defined scope and timeline.
• Develop engineering specifications and follow standards for assigned projects.
• Conduct actual training for newly hired OSP Engineer/Inspector/Fiber Technician.
