I’ve been working in a fashion retail company for almost 13 years. My role as Creative Design Manager is to develop thorough knowledge of the market to know consumer demand and preferences in terms of style, comfort and price. Conducts research on latest fashion trends through the Internet, magazines and other fashion research materials. Designs quality merchandise that will appeal and sell to the desired target market for Mens & Ladies. Prepares accurate and complete product specifications sheets as basis for garment prototyping and mass production in a timely manner. Examines sample garments on and off models; then modify designs to achieve desired effects and selects materials and production techniques to be used for products.
