With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Licensed Mechanical Engineer and Real Estate Appraiser with over 10 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.

As an independent real estate appraiser, I prepare valuations which includes: Conducts physical inspection of the property subject of the valuation study; Verify related documents with various government agencies for the purpose of establishing rightful ownership of the property, the authenticity of the title provided, legal impediments and encumbrances, and desirability of the property as collateral, particularly in terms of marketability and acceptability; Prepares an evaluation of building or developmental projects applied for financing; Collates all relevant data gathered during a field inspection, including price research from published materials, internal price database, opinions from real estate practitioners, sales either for real estate, and price information that can be obtained from Internet sources; Perform detailed inspections on property to determine value, factoring in dates, quality, and age of property; Use data research data and run analysis to come up with value indications; Produce written appraisals and/or present the results of the valuation activity in a full narrative report for clients.
