• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
• Excellent time management skills.

Baker - Pan de Manila - San Juan City

• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment including mixers and cake mixer.
• Managing stock levels and identifying ordering requirements.
• Cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and public areas.
• Monitor all stocks by "FIFO" first in, first out.
• Monitor inventory.
• Elevate feedback from customers to management.
