- Responsible for production a varieties of breads and any baked goods.
- Experience in receiving ala carte orders e.g., pizza, quarter pound burger and fries and prepare them in a timely manner.
- Monitor stocks to avoid production delay and update cashier for available/unavailable menus.
- Prepare complimentary cakes and decorate buffet desserts with icing, frosting, and other toppings.
- Assist in the food preparation for special events eg., banquet and dinner buffet.
