• Housekeepers: Change bed linens, vacuum floors, dust furniture, clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure guest rooms are clean, organized, and ready for occupancy.
• Public Area Attendants: Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, elevators, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, and other shared spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Inventory and Amenities Coordinator: Monitor, encode, and maintain inventory records of guest room amenities and toiletries, ensure adequate stock levels, prepare replenishment reports, and coordinate the distribution of supplies to housekeeping staff.
• Minibar Attendant: Inspect, restock, and organize minibar items in guest rooms, monitor inventory levels, record consumed items for billing, and ensure minibar are clean, fully stocked, and properly maintained.
• Banquet Operations: Oversees banquet functions by coordinating event setup, food service, event logistics, and post-event cleanup to ensure the successful execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special events.
• Servers / Banquet Waitstaff: Welcome guests during banquet events, serve food and beverages, assist with table setup and clearing, respond to guest requests, and ensure efficient, courteous, and professional service throughout the event.
