Job Summary:

• Operates Emhart I.S. machine, Emhart Flex Robot, X-par Vision, Feeder Mechanism, Ware Handling equipment, Hot End Coating equipment, and Annealing lehr.
• Responsible for Electro-pneumatic machines and Servo motors adjustment.
• Performs machine alignment and set-up.
• Monitors and maintain Forehearth operation to ensure optimum glass condition.
• Monitors, records, and controls temperature and pressures, and other forming parameters.
• Ensures good housekeeping of machines and equipment.
• Implement records management, 5S, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and other activities on our management systems.
• Acts/Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Shift Team Leader in the absence of the latter.
• Assist in conducting orientation and training for new employees.
• Conducts machine audit as scheduled.

• Selected to lead the team on a project to eliminate compressed air leakage on the air blow system used in cleaning jamming by redesigning its hose and piping system using AutoCAD and Solid works. 
• Surpassed the monthly plant efficiency target of 93% and achieved the all-time highest plant efficiency of 95% in a year.
• Excellent Record Awardee. Attained perfect attendance with no record of tardiness, under time, sick leave, and emergency leave in the Years 2021 and 2022.
