- Monitor all the parking treasury personnel for their report
- Assisting all the parking treasury personnel for their report
- Monitor the G-drive if there is a new or renewal client for rental
- Validation of proof of payment upload in G-drive in Bank Statement (Eastwood, Paseo and Forbestown)
- Issuance of Provisional Receipt if the proof of payment is valid and check in G-drive
- Verification of proof of payment in G-drive in other sites (Broadway, California Garden Square and Festive Mall)
- Monitor the G-drive if the accounting issuance a customer codes or checks by accounting
- Uploading report in G-drive if the accounting issuance a customer codes
- Monitor treasury personnel of other sites if they issue Provisional Receipts
- Assisting all the parking treasury personnel for their Provisional Receipts
- Can work under pressure
- Can work with minimal supervision
