I have 28 years of experience in the areas of Technical Design, L1, L2 and L3 Systems support, Customer and User management and Systems development. I have a background in the Telecoms software with more than 13 years of involvement in the development and support of IBM-ICMS (Integrated Customer Management System) complete Telecomms solution; and more than 11 years of experience working in banking and financial solutions for Equation, Silverlake/Loans, Aeon Credit, Midas and Midas Plus. I have background in Insurance systems, supporting development for AXA's Core Life systems.

I have technical background is in AS400 development with knowledge and experience in RPG/RPG IV, ILE, CLP (Control Language) and DB2. I have working experience in programming and development, analysis and design and team lead role. I also have working experience as an escalation manager — where I help manage support to critical projects acting as the central channel in allocating support resources to multiple Midas Plus upgrade projects in the Asia Pacific region.

I have 28 years of experience in Telecomms, Banking an Insurance software. Mainly through AS400 RPG Development.

I have experience Finastra Midas and MidasPlus, Finastra Equation, Silverlake, AEON Insurance, AXA Core Life and ICMS Telecoms.
