About
My name is Patrick Paolo Cainila, you can call me Trish or Tricia. I have been working for BPO companies for more than 6 years doing a variety of work from customer service, technical support, sales, and lead generation to collections. I am currently doing administrative tasks for a catering company and I handle e-mail management, scheduling, expense reports, and inventory management.
I am a very driven individual. I know what I need and want to accomplish, how to accomplish it, and at what time. I am a very independent worker and can ensure quality work without being micro-managed.
