I’m a multidisciplinary digital professional with experience in Quality Assurance, Manual Software Testing, Web Development, Project Management, Content Management, Social Media Management, and Customer Support.
I started my career in web development before transitioning into Quality Assurance and Project Management, where I gained experience working with web-based projects, testing, documentation, client requirements, proposals, project estimates, timelines, and team coordination.
I later found my passion in content creation and digital media. Since 2015, I have been involved in content creation and social media management. I built and continue to manage my own Facebook page, Lavender Pen Poet, which has grown to over 1 million followers organically.
I also run my own publishing business and am a self-published author of five books, giving me hands-on experience in content development, editing, publishing, digital marketing, audience engagement, and managing a creative business.
My professional experience has taught me to be detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. Whether I'm testing a website, managing a project, creating content, communicating with clients, or solving a problem, I approach my work with ownership and attention to detail.
I’m currently open to remote opportunities in QA, Manual Software Testing, Web QA, Project Management, Content Management, Social Media Management, and related digital roles.
My experience includes working on web-based projects, functional and manual testing, quality assurance processes, documentation, defect tracking, requirements review, project coordination, and client communication.
As part of my project management experience, I was involved in preparing project proposals, creating quotations and estimates, defining project timelines, coordinating with teams, and helping ensure projects were delivered according to requirements.
In QA, I developed strong attention to detail through manual testing, functional and regression testing, identifying and documenting defects, tracking bugs in Jira, and working closely with development teams to ensure issues were properly resolved.
I also have experience with Postman for API testing and have worked with web-based systems throughout my career.
I built and continue to manage my own Facebook page, Lavender Pen Poet, which has grown to over 1 million followers organically.
My experience includes content planning, copywriting, social media management, graphic and video content creation, audience engagement, content research, promotional campaigns, and using analytics and audience response to improve content.
I regularly use Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation, research, and content planning.
As a self-published author, I have published five books and have hands-on experience with the publishing process, including manuscript preparation, editing and proofreading, book promotion, social media marketing, audience engagement, and managing the business side of publishing.
Running my own publishing business has also strengthened my experience in client communication, project coordination, content management, marketing, and working independently.
I handled client concerns independently, including difficult and frustrated customers, while maintaining a professional and helpful tone. I was expected to resolve issues whenever possible and escalate only matters outside my knowledge or authority, particularly concerns involving company policies and financial matters.
