Rowena Silao

My name is Rowena Silao, you can call me Weng. 37 of age. I'm taking up Business Management Entrepreneurship at Imus Computer College Alabang Branch. I got married when I was 25 and delivered a beautiful daughter.

I've been a virtual Assistant for just over 6 years. I'm collaborating with hiring managers to identify future job opening and the technical requirements for those jobs. I'm writing job descriptions and posting them to relevant media platform keeping track to all applicants as well as keeping them informed on the application process.

Last July I finished my 300 hrs Internship in IGT Solutions as part of talent Acquistion group - Sourcing Team. I was not only expose to actual office but I also realized how to faced the real world in a corporate set-up.I have improve most especially my verbal communication and met different people. I really enjoysed my current role and I'd like to utilize my customer service expertise.

My greatest strength is that I've been a natural leader with a heart rather than the head. I am a I have the qualities such as vision, passion, and encouragement. My weaknesses are about maintaining work-life-balance because I get carried away with task and responsibilities.

I always have to question myself if I am giving sufficient time to my daughter and my husband but I'm always prioritizing my task equally and I always share my concerns toward a solution. My future goal is to continue developing my skills and that is the reason why I continuously studying. I also took several short courses in Tesda like Bread and Pastry and Barista.

I got my NC2 certificate and felt happy in this achievement. I am always proud of my ability to handle and manage a multi task and delivering my communication skills.
