Partner with sales, carrier partners, and regional leads to settle queries from clients or secure advantageous agreements. Focus on customer service and administration, answering client calls, scheduling, data entry, documentation (endorsements, binders), lead development, and supporting licensed agents. Manages incoming leads—via phone or chat—who are already interested in a product or service.
Focus on understanding customer needs, explaining product value, and closing sales—acting as both a sales agent and customer support. Responsible for meeting sales targets, updating CRM records, and building trust to convert warm leads into customers.
OPERATION ANALYST (2017-01 – 2024-10)
An operations analyst at a bank is responsible for risk management by monitoring the financial operations of the bank and its office employees. Research and review processes for booking errors, missed payments, and other erroneous banking functions. Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources (firm website, regulatory websites, etc.) Work with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to update system information from start to approval of KYC records, and report progress to your supervisor.
