Held responsibility of end-to-end logistics and supply chain process supervision for Nokia and Siemens Project with three main HUB warehouses at Central North and south and 20 other cities Region of Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi Hubs). Supervised company’s owned and outsourced transport fleet and rigging teams. Maintained cross-functional coordination between departments locally and internationally (APAC).
