I have B.sc (hons.) in food science and technolgy.I have more than 15 years of Food industry experience in Quality Assurance and production.

I worked as internee in Unilever Walls ice cream in 2005 for for months got training in quality asdurance from receiving of raw materials to finished goods including all quality tests.

Manager production and quality control from 2006 to 2008 in mineral water company ajman united arab emirates.

Junior manager quality Assurance from 2008 to 2012 in Multinational company Unilever Pakistan Foods manufacturing knorr Noodles,sauces,knor cubes,custard,jellies,puddings,soups etc.ensuring online product qulity assurance quality testing ,microbiological testing and conducting internal and external quality audits.

Manager Production 2012-2023 in leading snack manufacturing company Tripple Em Super crisp chips,nuts and extrusion based products manufacturing.Oversee prodution process and planning and plan completion according to company quality standards.Ensuring production within cost ,effective utilisation of manpiwer and making output cost effection.

Having B.Sc (hons.) degree in food science and technology studied meat processing,cereal processing,sugar manu facturing,fruit and vegetable processing,beverages,fats and oil edible manufacturing etc.Have sound knowledge of quality management system,foodvsafety standards,internal and external audits,5s ,TQM,and OEE.
