- Carry out production according to the defined standards of process & taking actions to improve the process
- Conduct process optimization utilizing continuous improvement tools that improves cost, output, yields, uptime & quality
- Support/ensure applicable engineering compliance with all ISO requirements including continuous improvement projects
- Solve short & long-term process Issues through solid root cause analysis & implement solutions
- Plan, develop & realize autonomous Maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of machines

- Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules

Filling Factory - Filling & assembly of Rounds of different calibres like 30 MM, 37 MM, 105 MM, 88 MM & 35 MM, and more.
- Planning, organization, lead and control of production
- Assurance of quality & safety of the products produced at the section
- Organization and lead the staff at production site
- The execution and completion of production targets according to the manufacturing warrants
- Drawing the materials from store as per materials warrants
- Implementation of the safety rules / integrated management system (IMS) policies
- Ensure the production activities on shop floor as per documented procedures / work instructions
- Identification and record keeping of production / rejection at all stages of production
- Visit of the process shops, stores & magazines to check the quality and reliability of man, material, method, machinery, and tooling
- Evaluation of the performance of staff members in the section
- Ensure that the non-conforming products are being analysed and corrective measures are taken accordingly
- To keep watch on position of materials to ensure smooth and continuous production
- Liaise with the inspection authorities to reduce rejection and lose of time
- Ensure that the stores are being produced as per customer requirements
- Preparation of requests of plants and machinery to improve the quality of products
- Arrangement and conduct proof firing as proof yard and Closed Artillery Ranges G-50, Army proof Ranges Nowshera & Sonmiani
- Perform day-to-day activities under instructions of manager initiator and GM-production filling as per SOPs
Territory Sales Office at H.A. Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. (2016-01 – 2020-12)
- Manage & maintain sales of Banaspati Ghee and edible oils in Lahore region
- Explore new customers and distribution setups in the entire region
- Also Worked as TSR for the entire sales
Quality Control/Chemical Engineer at Flying pulp and paper industries (2006-01 – 2016-12)
- Application of all chemicals range on paper machines (i.e. at dry and wet ends)
- Product quality through laboratory/quality tests as per standard
- Maintenance of stock preparations, stock positions, and cost estimation reports
- Handling of labour issues and managing them work schedules independently
- Checking all the chemistry involved in the entire process
