Shaban Adrees

I am Shaban Adrees, a 32-year-old Energetic, Hard-working, passionate professional with a Master of Science (MSc) degree obtained in 2015. My journey in the aviation industry commenced in 2011, and I have cultivated a deep-seated passion for this dynamic field over the years. I embarked on my aviation journey as a Traffic Assistant, where I gained invaluable insights into the intricate workings of airport operations and passenger management.

In 2013, I assumed the role of Counter Supervisor at Oman Air, where I honed my leadership skills and oversaw the efficient functioning of passenger check-in processes.

My experience continued to evolve as I transitioned into the position of Load Controller (Oman Air, Gulf Air, Fly Baghdad* ) CLC Coordinator Of (Qatar Airways, Srilankan Airways, and Etihad Airways), at the Royal Airport Service in 2014.

Since 2022, I have had the privilege of contributing my expertise to FLY Baghdad in the capacity of a Ground Operations Controller and Load Master.

Fly Baghdad Airline February 2022 to date*

Load Controller & Ground Ops Controller - Reporting to Manager Ground Ops Controller

1. Primary Responsibility, monitoring all those activities with led to effects on On-Time Performance (OTP).
2. Responsible for all those activities that are taking place on a ground operation and doing in an effective way.
3. Communicating with all stakeholders and management (formal & informal) to ensure that the flow of services is efficient.
4. perform all load control activities from the CLC office for all Fly Baghdad networks. 
5. Responsible to update all Fly Baghdad aircraft data in the system based on AHM-565

Load Controller - Reporting to the Airport Service Manager

1. Responsible for the effective planning and preparation of weight and balance documentation (loading instruction report, load sheet, and trim sheet), ensuring these are accurate and meet the required safety and legal standards. Ensure the accuracy of passenger figures, baggage/cargo weights, that fuel figures correspond with the final quantity stated on the fueling order, that dead load distribution figures match those on the loading report, and that the weight and balance conditions of the aircraft are within legal, safe, and structural limits.
2. Responsible for providing the Captain and Flight Operations with the required information such as estimated zero fuel weight for flight planning purposes and final zero fuel weight figures.
3. Coordinate With the Counter Supervisor, Ramp Staff, Cargo Staff, and Baggage Segregation Staff to get direct and correct flight Figures ( Passenger, Loading, and Cargo) for the Load sheet and Trim Sheet. 

Traffic Assistant - Reporting to Duty Manager

1. To give front-line Customer Service to passengers at check-in, arrivals, and their visit to the lounge of International Airlines and ensure that all passengers are offered the highest level of hospitality during their travel experience.
2. To Provide Special handling to disable Pax, Unaccompanied Minor & V.I.P. Pax.
3. To Provide Special handling to Tourists, Pilgrims, and Co-operate groups.
4. To handle technical flights, Diverted flights, UN flights, and chartered flights
