Tasks
- Develop & execute effective sourcing approach for RFI’s & RFP’s/
RFQ’s
- Getting the products out sourced & Private labelled.
- Communicate, develop & evaluate International vendors.
- Create cost estimates and forecasts for the procurement and negotiate reasonable and cost-effective contracts.
- Develop draft contract as necessary, liaising with the legal teams as appropriate to finalize contracts.
- Coordinating with Marketing Agency & Creative Department for
Packaging Designs, Monthly calendars & promotions.
- Processing Export/ shipping Documents
- Arrange 3rd Party Inspection (SGS or Intertek)
- Coordinating with Costing & Logistic in order to follow smooth supply chain procedure along with strong follow-up with Sales
Department.
- Attend International Conferences, Exhibitions & Events.
- Run software for vendor database, purchase records & Indent issuance/ Purchase Order.
