Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of HR Function and Duties (Employment Offers, Disciplinary Actions, Letters, Flight & Hotel Booking etc...).
• Assisting Regional HR Team in implementing any HR Projects.
• Follow up with Managers to ensure they update their Team Member to update Leave on the System.
• Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absence, Bonus, Leaves, On-Boarded and Off-Boarded Employees Etc..) .
• Updating Employee Data to ensure full accuracy in the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Handling Procurement (PR, PO, GR) through Procurement system (SAP ERP & SAP ARIBA).
