I am happy to be considered for this position and I do believe I have obtained transferable skills that will make me a qualified applicant. A bit about me, I was born and raised in the United States therefore my proficiency in English is native. I decided to move to Portugal two years ago, to try and adjust to a new lifestyle.
A bit about my professional experience, during my time at Nordstrom, an American luxury department store chain, I worked as a customer service representative. My responsibilities were to manage customer concerns and questions professionally. These situations not only improved my communication skills to ensure every customer felt at ease, but my decision-making and problem-solving skills were also strengthened.
Here, I also worked as a Logistics processor where my attention to detail and organizational skills allowed me to use all available resources effectively and efficiently, to ensure my responsibilities were completed to the highest degree possible. I believe these skills could prove to be helpful for this opportunity and I look forward to learning more about the company.
