I currently work as a customer success manager at Vortal S.A, i've also worked in the sales department in Vortal S.A as well, working with the CRM Dynamics 365, using calendly to have meetings with customers, keeping a close touch, considering the platforms are not the most user friendly, so we provide support and training so the customer can become the most independent as possible, i also do retention, trying to understand the reasons on why the customer would dropout.
When i was 18 years old, i joined the Portugeese Army, where i stayed for 3 years, after i became a sales agent in direct sales for almost a year, then i was responsable for the recruitment in the same company for a few months also, after i joined Vortal S.A as a sales agent for a bit over a year, then became a Customer Sucess Manager.
I've done the basic school in the past but haven't finished everything yet.
I've completed the fire fighters academy in 2017, also first aid training, then started but haven't finished yet general mechanics training.
