As an Assistant Store Manager my responsibilities included communicating with multinational guests, resolving guest issues, organising the cleaning team shifts, verifying the standard of the cleaning and apartment inventory, recording all expenses with the correct tax numbers, archiving legal documentation, controlling expenditure of the store, producing the expenses reports, managing relationships between the organisation and other firms, investors or property owners.
I successfully improved the management of communication and how the company interacts with their guests. At the start of the COVID pandemic I was challenged by my director to implement a way we could maintain distance but still be close and personal to guests when they arrive. I implemented a detailed structured email flow and suggested the use of modern technology such as WhatsApp for instant response times at a distance.
