Inspection the kitchens of hotels & resorts to ensure that they apply an effective food safety program and make a final assessment report for each establishment.
Conducting internal audits for factories and food production plants and reviewing all the facility's records of food safety procedures and make a final assessment report.
Ensuring that any new food establishments meet all health requirements before obtaining a commercial license or practicing the activity and providing advice upon request.
implement the law and ensuring that establishments adhere to HACCP and food safety standards and ensuring that all workers in food establishments obtain valid health certificates from the Ministry of Public

Health proving that they are free from diseases.

Collecting random food samples from the facilities periodically and sending them to the central laboratories and take legal action against the violated ones.
Writing daily and monthly reports in detail to my manager, including the shops that were inspected,

samples were collected, records of violations and making alerts and writing pledges for violators
