I own Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Processing, having 3 years of experience in the food industry.
Currently I was indulged in a short term project with BUREAU VERITAS as FOOD SAEFTY INSPECTOR for FIFA WORLD CUP 2022, Doha, Qatar. Also working as Food Safety and Hygiene Officer at Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd. Previously I was working as Regulatory Affairs Officer.
Well versed with code of practice, food safety and hygiene standards. I have good knowledge and understanding about the regulatory and quality aspects of food products, food supplements. Also experienced in food label validations and product approval validations.
Willing to explore, learn and contribute to the fullest.
I am certified with FOSTAC, Level 4 advance Food Hygiene Safety Management, Level 3 HACCP for Food Manufacturing, FOOD ALLERGEN MANAGEMNT LEVEL 1. Also with good knowledge about GMP, GHP and SOPs.
