I am a Food and Beverage Supervisor with over 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My expertise lies in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and leading a team to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests. I began my career in the hospitality industry as a waiter at Moradi Hotel in Tunisia, where I worked for one year. Following that, I continued to refine my skills at Seline Hotel in Tunis, also as a waiter. After my time at Seline Hotel, I moved to Qatar to work as a Head Waiter at Aspire Katara Hospitality, where I successfully managed responsibilities for two years.
Currently, I am working as a Head Waiter and acting as a supervisor at Fairmont and Raffles Doha, a position I have held for the past six months. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional service skills, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
I completed my secondary education before pursuing specialized training in the culinary field. I undertook a two-year training program and obtained a certificate as a butcher. Additionally, I hold a certificate in the basic standards of service and hospitality, which has equipped me with foundational skills and knowledge essential for delivering exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry.
