currently I’m m working as a sous chef pastry and bakery in KSA, it’s base in central kitchen with 18 outlets and catering operations. Mostly busy place with 24 hours running kitchen.
My responsibilities to reporting executive pastry chef as a in-charge of night productions with cakes/ bakeries/tiramisu/sandwiches and salads. All over 35 staffs working in central kitchen.
