Engr. Osama Al-Yazidi

I am Eng. Osama Al-Yazidi, an executive and operational leader based in Saudi Arabia, with an engineering background and a multidisciplinary professional profile. I combine strategic thinking with practical execution, and I focus on building clarity, structure, service quality, team performance, and measurable results across complex business environments.

I have more than 24 years of experience across healthcare, banking, municipal services, higher education, retail, and consulting. My roles have included Chief Operating Officer, Director of Customer Experience, Access, Services & Engagement, and CEOs Strategic Advisor. My experience covers operations leadership, operating model development, service delivery, KPI and governance frameworks, cross-functional team management, customer and beneficiary experience, process improvement, cost efficiency, growth support, and digital transformation.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the United Arab Emirates, with a double major in Communications and Electronics Engineering. I also hold recognized engineering memberships and professional registrations locally, across the GCC, Arab, and international engineering bodies. My academic and professional engineering background has provided me with a strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving foundation, which has supported my executive and operational leadership across multiple sectors.
