• Successfully eliminated antidumping duties on PVC resin chemicals sourced from NTC-Islamabad, resulting in substantial benefits for the entire spectrum of industrial users and commercial importers in Pakistan.
• Spearheaded the endorsement and implementation of a second manufacturing unit within a single licensed entity operating under EOU regulations, thereby setting a noteworthy benchmark for the broader Lahore & Sialkot industry.
• Functioned in close collaboration with the production department to facilitate export shipment planning on a monthly basis that enhanced overall production and export efficiency.
• Identified, oversaw, and resolved complex customs matters under DTRE, SRO 492, EOU, and EFS to ensure full regulatory compliance and minimize overall risks.
