Spearheaded the endorsement and implementation of a second manufacturing unit within a single licensed entity operating under EOU regulations, thereby setting a noteworthy benchmark for the broader Lahore & Sialkot industry.
Functioned in close collaboration with the production department to facilitate export shipment planning on a monthly basis that enhanced overall production and export efficiency.
Identified, oversaw, and resolved complex customs matters under DTRE, SRO 492, EOU, and EFS to ensure full regulatory compliance and minimize overall risks.
