- Looking after end-to-end management of Safety department as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work to client.
- Investigating and solving contractors' problems, which may be complex or problems prolonging.
- Monitoring progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time, cost and effort parameters.
- Ensuring that all contractors’ activities are carried out as per the client’s requirements of organizational policies and procedures.
- Implementing company’s safety policy, project safety plan and health and safety standards among all contractors involved.
- Enhancing the skills of employees to imbibe safety culture through proactive safety attitude.
- Acting as the focal point for all technical safety matters of the Projects to internal customers and external clients.
- Proven ability to implement HSE management programs, leveraging specialized knowledge of emergency response, health, safety & environment, first aid, job safety analysis.
- Preparation, planning, developing and using effective training materials and methods for briefing and motivating safety personnel
- And supervisory staff and workforce for the compliance of client and company safety rules and regulations.
- Enhancing the skills of team for preparation of required monthly, weekly and daily reports to the client and the company.
- Promoting the safety culture within all the contractors and ensured that safety requirements are incorporated in safety management System as per international standards.
- Professional knowledge and skills with exposure to the best safety practices in industry and depth in technical skills and competencies and ability to understand client needs in the scope of work.
