With nearly two decades of experience in Information Technology, I am currently serving as the IT Manager at Dynalectric. My role involves utilizing data analytics to improve services for our customers, creating and maintaining processes, and managing the IT infrastructure. As a Senior Systems Administrator at Dynalectric in the past, I successfully implemented and maintained several critical systems.

My competencies include VMWare, ESXi, Windows Azure, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, PDQ Deploy, Project Management, network protocols, Carbon Black Cloud, Logrhythm, Windows Server Administration, Group Policy, process development, and IT documentation. I am highly skilled in utilizing these technologies to solve complex IT problems and develop effective IT solutions. My ability to lead projects from start to finish and to develop innovative processes has proven to be instrumental in streamlining operations and improving IT service delivery.
