Reports to Regional Manager.
Maintain supply in stock control & management.
Oversee racks storage for inbound shipments & manage
Dispatch shipments.
Take customer orders E-Commerce, COD, priority, domestic
& International shipment.
Perform accurate scans shipments according to established procedures.
Following Paperwork requirement for international shipments include non hazardous, dry ice, dangerous Goods,
FDA related.
Utilize daily card & cash payments.
Customer service including anticipating customer needs,
suggesting alternatives and problem solving.
Ensure packages confirm to standards in term of packaging, labeling, & paperwork.
Advanced using (Microsoft Excel , Google sheets, ERP,
CORE, SDM, INFINITY, SPOT, POS, Siebel Courier Applications.
Reconciliation daily debit /credit card transaction and process remittance for finance department.
Daily Office activity report.
Generate outbound and inbound shipments manifests.
Training coach and new staff members.
Assign initiate escalate, tickets, tasks either generated.
Determination the proper packaging of the shipments.
Monthly revenue target achievements.
Coordinate with operation, warehouse, logistics & Sales team.
Updates out bound shipments schedules and CUT OFF
Time.
Knowledge of Daily basis scans, POD, Pickup,
