• Solid Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (CertIFR ACCA).
• Managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements and reports for Internal &

External use including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.

• Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors.
• Solid background in periodic Tax fillings and Regulations, Saudi Arabia.

Practical Experience :

• Strong knowledge in financial reporting internally and Externally with related big 4 audit firms by more than 5 years closing principles and fully following up with audit firms till issuance of the stamped SMEs financial statements,
• Practical knowledge in Zakat and Tax all related YEARLY and Monthly declarations for KSA, with Experience more than 7 years of fully following with zakat authority for YEARLY declarations and INSPECTIONS from the authority.
• Strong knowledge of the IFRS principles with Practical apply of the Standards while audits and the issuance of the formal financial statements, Finishing the ACCA CERT IFRS, by 2023, (only Cert test).
• Believe to be an asset for the required job duties with a specialized practical experience in the following:

· Ledger charts flow, final close & Reserves support.

· issuing final drafts of Financial Statements.

· External Audits Full Support.

· Zakat and Tax authority KSA, related YEARLY & monthly declarations or Inspections Support.

· Banks relations support including any Financial facilities and Letters.

· Strong experience in obtaining data remotely and finalizing any required internally and Externally formal financial reporting according to the principles and standards.
