I am 53 years old and have been in the IT industry since 2008.
I love to do outdoor sports like running, swimming, and brisk walking.

For a period of (12 years), I used to work as an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, and as an IT Engineer. I am an expert in addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking; walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals; directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel; helping create technical documentation and manuals; testing alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
