I have been working in the IT sector for around 5 years. Working in the IT industry has always been my passion, and I am eager to expand my knowledge of technology and continuously learn. Through my years of experience in the field, I have gained valuable job-specific knowledge and developed a deep understanding of the industry's past and future trends. To sum it up, I am an honest, self-motivated, and hardworking individual with a positive attitude towards both my career and life.

I have accumulated approximately 5 years of experience in the IT sector, working as a Desktop Support Engineer and IT Support Engineer. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues for users, clients, customers, and colleagues. As the first point of contact for technical assistance, I have provided support over the phone, via email, and in person.

Additionally, I have managed hardware and software inventory tracking. Through my experience, I have gained valuable job knowledge and a forward-looking perspective on the industry's trajectory.

I have a Diploma in Information Technology. In addition, I have Advanced Certificate in IT Service (Infrastructure Support) as well as a Diploma in Infocomm Technology (Professional Diploma in System Support). I have harboured a deep passion for the IT industry, and it has long been my goal to work within this dynamic field.

I possess a strong eagerness to expand my knowledge and expertise in technology, demonstrating a genuine willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
