I’ve been working as an L1 IT Field Engineer for the past 2 years, providing onsite support for network and system issues. My tasks include troubleshooting hardware, setting up switches, assisting with firewall configs, and supporting wireless networks. I also handle basic server support and enjoy learning new tools on the job.
I hold a diploma in Cybersecurity, which gave me a solid foundation in networking, system security, and basic scripting. Although some parts are a bit rusty, I’m constantly brushing up my knowledge and staying updated with current tech trends.
