About

As an HR student graduating early from SUSS in Jan 27, I build scalable solutions to enhance how human connection drives business. I leverage Power BI, Excel VBA, and AI prototyping within Figma Make to optimize workflows and architect Role Based Access Control HR systems. My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from guiding young talent development to driving mid tier succession planning.

By integrating data from Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday and Darwinbox, I automate complex reporting and eliminate manual tasks. My recent projects include developing an AI powered stretch assignment platform at GovTech that saves 30 monthly hours and building a practical chatbot for HR Business Partners. I am looking to explore different HR functions from Jan 2027 onwards, learn from people doing meaningful work, and ultimately become an influential voice in shaping organizational culture.
