Assisting VF Global GTMT team to roll out Flex PLM for Dickies Apparel and other VF renowned brands such as Timberland and serve as their extended arm in APEC. I am responsible to host training and support their UAT effort as well as represent APEC DT to touch base with the global team and share information across the region. (Expected to go live in October, Agile approach)
The data mart is then link to VFAP (VF Analytics Platform) for high-level reporting and Tableau for end-user dashboard analytics. (System successfully launched in Aug 2022, Agile approach, Phase 2 Ongoing).
Vendor Costing Collaboration Module serves as a communication portal between vendors and VF costing analyst, it automates the whole process from initial material sourcing, collecting quotations from suppliers to tracking up-tier delivery on time performances. It covers the Costing process from start to finish with data validation to improve data accuracy before interfacing with other systems such as Enovia / Flex PLM.
Upgrading current VF Traceability System which Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) team used for different up-tier survey (e.g., cotton, leather). This upgrade not only enhances validation functions into auto-forms for vendors, but also has additional functions, like language translation of contents within reports, to improve usability and increase system adoption rate for mills and factories within Southeast Asia.
Alongside with E2Open acquisition of Amber Road, the current VF Global Lab Testing Record System for CoC and CPC certification is planning to migrate into the E2Open infrastructure (database), but with a firmware update and new modules such as Change Tracking Service (CTS) of TR.
