I have total 4years of BPO Team Leader experience in Call Centre (UberEats) and Content Moderation (TikTok). Throughout the journey, i have led a team of 20 CSRs and 20 content moderators to ensure we hit the SLA target and handle all the issues efficiently, effectively.
