I am Kristel Domdom, and I was frimon Philippines. I graduated from the course of Computer Science. I was currently working in Singapore for 10 years. I was handling the cafe operations, sales, staff, scheduling and inventory.
My main job is to supervise my staff, to always have a good customer service and always have a good sales. We are not always giving a good customer service but also ensuring the high quality of the product for every customer satisfaction. We serve them with good service and with a welcoming greetings and smile., Customer first.
As operations supervisor, the second thing that also important to me, was the hygiene. I always ensure the cleanliness of the working place and to my staff to practice good hygiene all the time. Its very important to having a monthly hygiene inspection to the store.
Lastly, is the scheduling and the budgeting. Budgeting, inventory, ordering stocks must do in the timy manner and always making sure that we have enough resources and materials for our daily operations.
