Microbiologist and Technologist

• Performed Routine microbiological testing and Physical analysis of Portable water, Swimming pool water, Wastewater and Cooling tower water
• Performed technical aspect of PCR Testing
• Support Department safety matters and activities including but not limited to waste management, disposal and housekeeping

Manufacturing Sampler

• Performed Routine / non-routine sampling of water system, gas monitoring and environmental monitoring
• Familiarized on WFI system, routine microbial/chemistry sampling by using established protocols to support the manufacturing processes/process validation.
• Handled data entries into LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and cGMP documents.
• Maintained and updated the quality management system (QMS) including reporting and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and non-conformance
• Operated programme on Delta V automation system.
• Experienced in co-ordination between various departments (QC, QA and Manufacturing) with regards to QC sampling and reporting of results.
• Maintained thorough understanding of GMP and GLP regulations and have applied this knowledge to ensure proper documentation to support testing procedure.
• Work occasional overtime and weekends to support business needs
• Follows established standard operating procedures, methods and GMPs to conduct sampling.
• Identifies out of specification data and raises issues to management
• Maintain proper documentation of laboratory data
• Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements
• Execute 1 to 3 worklists on average per day

Laboratory Technician

• Conduct lab tests in the areas of hematology, coagulation and urinalysis 
• Prepare chemical solutions, reagents and specimens for microscopic examination
• Expedite critical testing results without compromising sample validity and quality assurance
• Performed lab analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease
• Stringently followed lab protocols, sanitation standards and testing procedures.
