Trained lawyer currently taking some time off full time work to make time for personal commitments, looking for freelance work.
Experience in: legal research, legal drafting, legal administrative work, legal transcription, contract management, public policy research, corporate secretarial services. Have 1 year freelancing experience.
After graduation, I completed 6 months’ traineeship with a boutique corporate law firm in Singapore, then worked for 1.5 years as an in-house legal executive at an MNC where my work focused on contract drafting and management, IP law, and employment disputes primarily. Thereafter, I got a Masters in Law specialising in Global Sustainability and Environmental Laws from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Post masters, I worked for the NUS Centre for International Law’s international nuclear law and policy team.
Over the past few months, I have also been working as a contractor for the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change’s policy team, looking at investments into energy transitions and sustainable growth from the perspective of investors and financial institutions, especially, nuclear projects.
