• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out – of – tolerances machining and adjust machine control of required.
• Able to select, alignment and secure holding fixtures, cutting tool, attachment, accessories and material on machine such as milling, lathe, jig borers, grinders and shapers.
• Evaluated and buy – off new / modified machine or material.
• Familiar with CNC Milling machine (Makino PS 95, Matsuura MX – 520 5axis, Fanuc rob drill, Mazaktol)
