I have just recently graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) with honours (distinction). I am an individual eager to learn and be exposed to new learning opportunities. During my last internship, I was an R&D Consumer Intern at a chemical manufacturing company collaborating with fellow seniors on 6 main projects revolving around consumer products such as personal care products and household industrial and institutional products.
As a consumer product R&D intern, I took up a total of 6 projects. I was involved in different phases of testing starting with investigating different formulations followed by conducting stability studies and executing various performance testing of stable formulations to test their efficacy following ASTM and ISO standards.
Managed the consumer lab by handling housekeeping matters, conducting monthly inventory checks, weekly calibration of pH meters and monthly calibration of mass balances. Prepared sample requests and prototypes for company events.
Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) with honours (distinction) from NUS
