1. Process Technical Officer | JURONG ISLAND DESALINATION PLANT SINGAPORE

06/2022 – 01/2023

• As a Chemical Engineer involving, Monitoring and controlling the operation of sea water with required production planning for to produce PUB drinking water by fully automated SCADA system.
• Inspecting everyday patrolling and logging of the process.
• Coordinating for unloading chemicals to bulk tanks and doing logout and tagout system while working and liaison with maintenance team.
• Collecting water samples for lab analysis parameters such as for Conductivity, Ph, Toc, Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, Mono chloramine, Turbidity, Fluoride, Ammonia, Temperature. And, Maintaining the process for to produce the product water with this parameter for PUB (Public Utility Board) specific requirements. If any problems on process, attending and rectifying water quality issues. Manage contractor’s work and helping PUB routine water sampling activities. 
• Working with SOP and HSE and performing all required action only related to these 2 tools.

2. Water Specialist | SHOWA DENKO HD SINGAPORE

01/2022 – 04/2022.

• As a Chemical Engineer involving, monitoring the operation of Biological Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).
• Process the operation by Tanks such as Texture, Rapid, Flocculation, Primary coagulation, Ph adjustment, Biological, Secondary clarifier, finally producing Treated water in treated water tank through by SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
• Performing Lab analysis such as Conductivity, Ph, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), TSS (Total Suspended Solids), Total Phosphorous, Total Nitrogen, Food to Mass Micro Organisms (F/M Ratio), Molar Liquid Suspended Solids (MLSS), Molar Liquid Volatile Suspended Solids (MLVSS), Sludge Volume Index (SVI).
• Preparing reports and maintaining preventive maintenance such as monitoring the pumps, TOC analyzer, electronics and instrumentation devices and Controls whether it is properly functioning or not. If not, my job to trouble shoots and make it that working normal otherwise replace the unit and providing safety systems and give safety suggestions. 
• Also, taking care and working by focusing with intensive safety measures for all working colleagues also for all equipment in order to avoid accidents and breakdowns by early detecting the faults.

3.Senior Operation Technician | VEOLIA INDUSTRIAL WATER SINGAPORE

• Managing and controlling the Production & Processing of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) by complete automatic SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Process). Involving in Physical Operation for to maintaining production instruction, Maintenance, Servicing, Replacement of Multi Media Filter (MMF), Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) and Cartridge Filter. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membranes to produce ultra-pure water in about 1 to 2µs/cm.
• Monitoring and controlling the relevant operation of Continued Electro Deionization (CEDI), Membrane DE Gasifier (MDG) and Ultraviolet (TOC Reduction Unit) and Mixed Bed Resin, Ultra filtration (UF). Perform daily, weekly, monthly chemical lab analysis of raw and product water. Maintaining quality control analyzers of water such as silica, total organic carbon, dissolved oxygen, particle measurement, resistivity, pH meter, conductivity.
• Monitoring and Calibration of analyzer such as Silica, Total Organic Carbon, Dissolved Oxygen, Electrical Conductivity, Ph with required water quality. 
• Routine Process Check & Recorded the Data's & troubleshoot & Solving the Technical Problems, Decision making by prolonged running Process & Conducting Chemical Flushing the RO by Cleaning in Place (CIP) process.
• Continuous monitoring all products that flows before entering and inside and outside the equipment line with specific required and controlled data.
• Perform general housekeeping duties. Maintain a high standard of ethics & professionalism at all times and performing good manners while interfacing with all working employees.
• Also, Running and taking care the Operation of Utilities for to Produce Clean Dry Air (CDA) by Oil Free Screw Compressor & after that Process CDA on Zero Purge Air Dryer to Produce Controlled Moisture Air by Analyzing it by Dew Point Analyzer.

4.Production & Quality Control Engineer | SHA'S COMPANY FOR SERVICES. SAUDI ARABIA

10/2006 – 02/2009

• Monitoring the vertical motor operation of boring up the raw water.
• Involving in the operation and production of pure water of Electrical Conductivity of about 500 to 560µs/cm by Reverse Osmosis (RO) process & Sand Filters & Multi Media Filters (MMF) & also comply its maintenance & quality process.
• Involving in routine check and operation of Sand Filters & Multi Media Filters (MMF), Vertical Screw Motor for taking underground raw water, Cooling Tower, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Dosing of pre-treatment and post treatment chemicals.
• Routine Data's Recorded, Troubleshooting, solve the problems, Conducting Chemical Flushing the RO by Cleaning in Place (CIP).
• Conducting Chemical Lab Analysis of Raw water and Product Water through by Spectrophotometry, Electrical Conductivity, pH meter, Titration Analysis, Microbiological Testing.
• Manipulating the standardized calibration for quality of all instruments and its reports and record all equipment’s data's.
