Responsible for Business Development, sales, Marketing, Hiring, People Management & Team Building for Asia Pacific Region.
Lead and manage the APAC region though CRM.
Annual Business Planning, Budget & Monitoring, Promotion, Pricing Strategy for KOPL Products.
Manage local team support for marketing, formulations & responsible for analytical lab in Singapore according to local regulatory requirements.
Responsible to achieve AOP and sales growth for APAC.
